Some local men fished beside us for a few days and didn't mind the kids watching or helping.
Melanie's son, Jonathan, got to try his hand at surf fishing and was pretty successful.

Steve and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary at a fabulous restaurant called Cobalts that was right on the beach...swordfish...halibut...barbecued shrimp...four layer chocolate cake..."can I just say YUM?!"
Steve and Andy decided to try para sailing today (Friday) and loved it!

We had a pizza party tonight to celebrate the end of our week here at Gulf Shores.
We went to Pirate Island tonight and played miniature golf with the Huyck family. A first time for some of our family and lots of fun...Thanks!
