We celebrated Brei's 20th birthday early since she and friend Christina were taking John and Moriah fishing in Valdez for her birthday. We celebrated by helping her move into her new apartment.
Moriah, our official cake decorator, made these cute panda cupcakes for Brei.
Seth joined us for the apartment warming and birthday festivities.

Watching hundreds of Sandhill Crane at Creamer's Field...it was amazing! Reminded me of Desoto Bend with Dave and Sheila years ago.

Grace turned 12 on the 22nd!
Moriah caught the bggest fish, a Silver Salmon, during their fishing/camping trip at the ocean in Valdez..blessed kids.

You can see that John had fun too. He caught lots of fish as well. I should mention that the salmon were thick in the water and there were plenty of Black Bears around, even next to the tent and in the bushes. Brei thought one was a dog until she got a better look. They had their bellies full of salmon and weren't much interested in human fare.
